I love this quite by Alain de Botton 'I passionately believe that it's not just what you say that counts, it's also how you say it. The success of your argument critically depends on your manner of presenting it'. We with all have been in the audience and been left feeling that the presenter must have known their stuff but 'could have out it better'.
